Data processing based on contractual or pre-contractual grounds serves the following purposes:

This data is retained for the entire duration of the contract plus the statutory limitation period, which is 5 years in civil and commercial matters. Regarding the management of unpaid invoices, the retention period is 5 years from the end of the recovery procedure.
